Before You Reach Out
Your first visit includes a comprehensive health intake, review of your goals, and a discussion of our diagnostic testing process. No treatment is administered at the first visit.
We are a cash-pay practice. Many of our services are not covered by standard insurance, which allows us to offer truly personalized, unrestricted care.
We offer telemedicine consultations in select markets. Contact us to confirm availability in your specific area.
Every client is different. Some wellness benefits may be noticed within days, while deeper goals such as skin renewal, hormone balance, body composition, or regenerative support may take several weeks to a few months. Your NuVitality4you plan is personalized around your biology, goals, and progress.
Some NuVitality4You services may be offered through mobile concierge appointments when appropriate. Service availability is determined after review of your goals, health history, location, and care setting needs.
No. Membership is not required to receive services at NuVitality4you. However, members enjoy preferred pricing, exclusive perks, and additional wellness resources that can make ongoing care more convenient and cost-effective.
Diagnostic testing helps us create the most personalized wellness plan for you. We may recommend bloodwork, genetic testing, or both, depending on your goals and health history. If you’ve had bloodwork done within the last 6 months, we can review your previous lab reports to determine if additional testing is needed.
Getting started only costs a few minutes of your time. You can begin with a free assessment call, where we learn more about you, your goals, and what you are looking to improve. From there, we can help guide you toward a personalized plan designed around your biology, your wellness goals, and, whenever possible, your budget.
You do not have to figure that out alone. Our approach is designed to look deeper than symptoms or trends. We evaluate your goals, health history, labs, and, when appropriate, genetic insights to better understand what your body may actually need to support your wellness journey.
